A BIGGER children's section has been created at a Winsford charity shop.

More toys, books and clothes are now available at the British Heart Foundation store in the town centre.

This charity has been funding lifesaving research into heart disease for 60 years.

Assistant manager Sharon Walton said: "We are always looking for good quality donations. Our kids area has some lovely stuff.

"We decided to extend it and put more out to try and make it more appealing.

"When we first re-opened we were mad busy but it has quietened down a little bit. We'd be glad to see more people. Our slogan is help us to beat heartbreak. Use us or lose us."

New items are put out in the Fountain Court shop every day.

Clothes and toys are on sale from 50p.

"We are desperate for shoes, bags and men's clothes," said Sharon. "We are also appealing for bric-a-brac and books. We will take anything apart from furniture and electrical items."

Anyone having a spring clean is welcome to drop of donations at the store.
