A MAJOR road in Cheshire has been closed after a vehicle crashed into a telegraph pole.
The incident happened on Nantwich Road between Minshull Vernon and Middlewich.
Police were called shortly before 7am this morning, Tuesday.
The A530 has been closed in both directions whilst recovery is underway.
A spokesman for Cheshire Police said: "The incident involved one vehicle which had collided with a telegraph pole.
"There are no reports of any injuries.
"The road is closed between Rough House Lane and Clive Green Lane due to the telegraph pole blocking the road.
"Recovery is ongoing."
