WINSFORD town centre will be littered with roadworks over the next two weeks.
A full road closure will be in place in Station Road near to the junction with Kingsway tomorrow, Thursday, and Friday, due to carriageway resurfacing.
There is a diversion in place using Kingsway, the A5018 and the A54.
A contraflow system in Wharton Road, near to the roundabout is said to be ‘likely to cause delays’ from Monday, March 20, to Friday, March 31, due to drilling works by SP Energy.
There will be one lane closed in New High Street from Tuesday, March 21, to Friday, March 31.
Multiple roadworks will be in place in New Road.
The current roadworks by the Sofa Bed Warehouse are set to go on until March 21.
Six more will be introduced along New Road over the next two weeks, including three sets of temporary traffic lights at the junction of Church Street starting on March 27 and 30.
