DOCTOR Who fanatics came together at fun-filled fan event at Winsford Library over the weekend.
Now in its second year, Whovians came together at events at libraries across the UK to celebrate Doctor Who Comics Day, a global event inspired by Titan Comics’ Doctor Who comic books.
Winsford Library hosted its own sci-fi extravaganza on Saturday, August 15.
The Doctor Who extravaganza saw fans of all ages enjoy quizzes, puzzles and craft sessions centred on the world’s most famous Doctor.
Children and adults came along to meet other fans at the Winsford event.
Many were dressed in their Doctor Who-themed attire as they discussed their favourite Doctor and shared their favourite memorabilia from the show.
Ricky Claydon, direct sales and marketing manager, Titan Comics, said: “We know that Doctor Who bridges generations, appealing to everyone from children, to families, to sci-fi and fantasy fans through its unique blend of adventure, humour, emotion, and even the odd scary moment – all coupled with, of course, great storytelling.”
