A WINSFORD businessman, recently named the town's young entrepreneur of the year, is all set to expand his offering to the town by opening a late bar and takeaway service at his restaurant in Old High Street.

Amit Nayee opened up Nu Flava in November 2013 and after tasting success believes he can offer his hometown more when it comes to nightlife.

He was named young entrepreneur of the year in the Winsford Oscars held in March and wants more success so he can have a bigger impact on his town.

The father-of-two said: "I have had loads of ups and down like any new business would have, however I kept positive and kept doing what I do.

"I am not a millionaire, I'm just a young man from Winsford with a lot of energy and passion in what I do. I always make something out of nothing but, I make it work too.

"My clientele has grown since day one and I have meet some incredible people while doing what I do. I have even made friends with celebrity faces that have come to my bar and restaurant from MTV's Geordie Shore and we have done two celebrity events so far with more to come."

The bar at Nu Flava will hold 200 people, while the restaurant seats 40 with a VIP room.

And now Amit's new plans include a proposal to open until 2am at weekends and a takeaway service.

"The venue itself looks small from the outside but it's a Tardis on the inside," he added.

"Now we are planning to offer our customers the option of take out too as our customers constantly ask us for this.

"Very soon too we will be open at weekends till 2am. It was always the plan to open as a late bar too as there is a market for this in Winsford and I believe Nu Flava fits that criteria.

"We offer entertainment, relaxation and security, music and events that nobody has done here before."
