WHARTON Primary School has been chosen to take part in Asda’s Green Token Community Charity scheme.
Shoppers at Winsford Asda will receive a green token at the checkout.
They can then choose to pop the token into one of three good causes that have been selected to take part in the scheme.
If Wharton Primary School collect the most tokens they will receive £200 from Asda to use for their Sensory Garden project.
A spokesman for Wharton Primary said: “This is a great opportunity for school to obtain extra funds to help us to complete this wonderful resource for all the children to use in time for the better weather.”
