A WINSFORD railways author has returned to the shelves with a new book about the Scottish steam locomotive building industry.
Keith Langston’s Scottish Steam, A Celebration has been released to coincide with the 150th anniversary of the founding of the Glasgow locomotive builders, Dubs & Company.
The detailed publication, including more than 380 rare and unseen archive images, celebrates the standard gauge steam locomotives that were built north of the border for the railways of Great Britain.
The book is available from pen-and-sword.co.uk
