A MIDDLEWICH property developer has won a contract to build almost 100 houses in a nearby town.
Pochin Property and its planning advisors HOW Planning have secured planning permission for a new housing development in Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent.
Within a three-month period, HOW had plans for the scheme validated and have also secured full planning approval.
The scheme comprises a development of up to 86 new residential dwellings on land on Newport Lane in Burslem.
The land, which previously housed industrial accommodation, has already been cleared and sits within an indentified area of Major Housing Development as outlined in the town’s Core Spatial Strategy.
