I THINK if it’s an emergency eg you have rushed to hospital because your child is sick, then no, we shouldn’t have to pay.
However, if it’s planned and you know its happening then yes.
When my daughter was rushed in, my husband followed in our car and neither of us took any money or anything so couldn’t pay. They were really good about it.
