WITTON Albion have signed utility man Paul Harrison from Blue Square Bet North promotion hopefuls AFC Telford United.
The versatile 25-year-old made his debut for the Wincham Park club in their Evo-Stik League Division One North clash with Warrington on Bank Holiday Monday, playing the first hour.
He supplied the cross from which Andy Kinsey scored the hosts’ leveller in a 1-1 draw.
Harrison arrives in town from the Spain-based Glenn Hoddle Academy – via New Buck’s Head – where he joined other young players who had failed to break through into the professional game.
Forced to wait for international clearance after agreeing to sign for Andy Sinton’s men in the summer, he has not made a first team appearance for Telford.
