VALE Royal Athletics Club took one of the titles on offer at last weekend's British Masters Cross Country Relay Championships.
Sarah Murphy, Andrea Hilldrup and Liz Renondeau took gold in the women's over 35s category at Long Eaton and set a course record along the way.
Runners-up Sunderland Harriers finished more than two minutes adrift.
Murphy established a 36-second lead on the first leg - the second fastest split of all the runners taking part - before Hilldrup moved the trio further in front after clocking a time that was only nine seconds slower.
Renondeau completed the job as they stopped the clock on 33:29.
