REEDS Rains is celebrating winning the bronze award for financial services at the 2014 Estate Agency of the Year Awards.

Up against tough competition from some of the leading names in the market, Reeds Rains is delighted to have won an award.

Sponsored by The Sunday Times and The Times, the Estate Agency of the Year Awards are some of the most sought after in the estate agency industry. To be acknowledged as a winner is seen as a major triumph and reflects the professional services available for Reeds Rains customers.

Now in its 12 year as a dedicated competition, these awards have become widely recognised as the most prestigious and difficult to win.

With more entrants than ever before, over 5,000 estate agency offices were represented, but only the very best of the best were crowned as winners.

The judge’s report recognised the great passion and dedication within Reeds Rains’ organisation to ensure that transactions are progressed as professionally and ethically as possible for each client.

It acknowledged Reeds Rains’ high level of customer service, which has resulted in a satisfaction ratio of 97 per cent of clients serviced and a feedback score of 98 per cent who would recommend the services across the board (http://estateagencyevents.com).

Lauren Astles, mortgage adviser at Reeds Rains, says: “The award is testament to the fact that Reeds Rains combines the best services that would be expected of a large company but with the more personal approach of a small independent agency.

“Customers, for example, can be assured that they will obtain advice so that they fully understand the contracts and their obligations.”

Reeds Rains has been established since 1868, and in that time it has grown to become one of the UK’s largest estate agencies, with an expanding network of branches covering England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
