A NORTHWICH company has been named business of the year by a prominent women’s network.

Personal assistant company Pink Spaghetti picked up the accolade from Network She at an International Women’s Day awards dinner.

Friends Caroline Gowing and Vicky Matthews set up Pink Spaghetti in 2009 to provide personal assistant services to small businesses. In 2012 they franchised their company and are now operating in six territories.

Clients are mainly micro-businesses and most are female run.

Vicky said: “We really welcome this recognition from Network She for all the hard work myself and Caroline have put in to Pink Spaghetti. Women-in-business awards such as this acknowledge the sacrifices and constant juggling involved in bringing up family whilst running a company.”
