FOLLOWING the collapse of Northwich Vision councillors took to the streets of Northwich to agree on an improvement plan.
Members of Cheshire West and Chester Council toured the town centre recently to consider how best to spend the £250,000 budget set aside to make improvements.
On Monday, work got under way to clean up the neglected area around the Regal Cinema in London Road.
Clr Helen Weltman, who organised the visit, said: “People will begin to see improvements in the town centre over the coming months.
“But I would like to see everyone getting involved in shaping how the town centre is improved.
“You can do this coming along to the next Northwich community forum.”
The forum will be held on Tuesday, December 1, at 7pm, at Winnington Sports and Social Club in Winnington.
