TWO women and a man have been arrested on suspicion of theft at a town centre store.
Police were called to reports of shoplifting at Go Outdoors on Wilson Patten Street at 3.40pm yesterday, Tuesday.
Several police cars and officers were spotted at the scene.
Two women, aged 53 and 46, and a 36-year-old man were arrested on suspicion of theft.
A spokesman for Cheshire police said: “Police were called to reports of shoplifting at a store on Wilson Patten Street.
“Officers attended and three people were arrested.
“A 53-year-old woman, a 46-year-old woman and a 36-year-old man were arrested on suspicion of theft.”
