POLICE are investigating a suspected arson attack after a caravan was found ablaze in a field in Northwich.
Emergency services were called to Crowder’s Lane in Lach Dennis shortly after 11pm last night, Tuesday.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used two hose reel jets to extinguish the flames.
A spokesman for Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “Police were requested to attend as it was suspected it could be deliberate ignition.”
Two fire engines from Northwich dealt with the incident.
