BRIDGES are set to swing.
Motorists can expect delays in Northwich on Tuesday (January 16).
That is because two bridges are scheduled to swing, bringing traffic to a halt.
First up will be Hayhurst Swing Bridge, with swings due at 9.30am and then again at 2.30pm.
This will see Chester Way shut as a result.
Town Swing Bridge will then be swinging at 10am and 12.30pm, closing the A533.
Each of the four swings is expected to take 20 to 30 minutes, the Canal and Rivers Trust has stated.
