Black Friday sale deal launches on 2024 Cheshire Show tickets

From today until midnight on Friday, December 1, anyone looking for an adult, child or family ticket can buy one and receive another of the same value free of charge.

The show, which will take place at the Tabley showground over June 18 and 19, promises to be one of the highlights of the summer calendar.

New to 2024 will be medieval re-enactment group the  Knights of Nottingham, who will feature in the main ring and immerse audiences in the chivalry, grandeur and glory of the Middle Ages.

The ever-popular Horse Show and competitions will be returning next year when crowds can gather to watch the stallions and mares trot around the paddocks and engage in energetic showjumping.

Elsewhere on the showground, visitors can enjoy the many other competitions from cattle to cavies; eggs to honey as competitors strive for that coveted rosette.

Away from the main ring, in the Roberts Bakery Food Live Theatre, multi-Michelin star chef Jean-Christophe Novelli will be cooking up a storm in the kitchen.

Petrolheads will also welcome the return of the Red Dragon Monster Truck Ride as they can get strapped into huge vehicle as it bounces, twists and turns around a track.

Finally a visit to the Bidlea Dairy Agri-centre promises sheep shearing and milking demonstrations – an educational immersion in food production and the fascinating journey from ‘farm to fork’.

All this and the opportunity to get up close and personal with more than 3,000 animals, across the showground from majestic cattle to pygmy goats and baby piglets – a delight for all ages.
