THE first business to move into a new industrial scheme in Middlewich has been announced.

Total Developments has agreed the first letting for its new seven-unit site in Middlewich.

Contour Showers will relocate from Winsford, taking on a 15-year lease for 26,000-square-foot space on at Total Park.

A spokesperson for Contour Showers said: “As a specialist manufacturer and supplier of easy access bathroom adaptation shower solutions for elderly and less able people, it’s vital that we are able to showcase our products to our customers so that they can understand the benefits.

“Our new location at Total Park in Middlewich will provide our business with the space to do just that by creating a spacious show room at ground floor level which is accessible to all.”

Construction of the 156,000-square-foot Total Park is currently underway with Pioneer Design and Build acting as main contractor.

The cladding is already in place on units four, five, six and seven and the steel works are being erected on unit eight.

Located three miles from junction 18 of the M6, Total Park is due to be completed in early 2024.

Matt Pochin, director at Legat Owen, which represented Total Developments, said: “Total Park Middlewich is really starting to take shape.

“The scheme includes a range of USPs including large yards, extensive parking and an EPC rating A.

“We do not see any competition for this standard of scheme within a 20-mile radius.”
