MOTORISTS have been warned to expect delays ahead of bridges being swung in Northwich.
Drivers are urged to plan accordingly as Town Bridge and Winnington Bridge are set to temporarily close to traffic later this week.
The Canal and River Trust will be swinging the bridges across the Weaver on Friday, September 29.
Town bridge will be closed at 10.30am, followed by Winnington Bridge at 11.15am.
It is expected to take around 20 to 30 minutess= for each swing.
Winnington and Castle Police have urged drivers to "allow extra time" for journeys.
