A STAR-STUDDED line-up has been revealed for a hot air balloon festival coming to Cheshire.
The Cheshire Balloon Fiesta will feature several musical guests, ranging from names such as Sister Sledge and Heather Small, to family entertainers such as Dick and Dom, and Andy and the Odd Socks.
The full line-up includes other big names such as Boyzlife, the newly formed duo made up of Keith Duffy and Brian McFadden from Boyzone and Westlife, as well as ‘Dreams’ singer Gabrielle, and the popular band behind ‘She’s So Lovely’, Scouting for Girls.
Taking place from August 4 to 6 at Bolesworth Castle near Tattenhall, the family friendly weekend will include mass hot air balloon launches, iconic tethered balloons, and spectacular night glow displays lighting up the evenings.
Alongside the announced full line-up, Cheshire Balloon Fiesta have also announced which acts will be split across which days over the weekend.
Friday, August 4, will be headed up by Heather Small, with the Saturday’s headliner being Sister Sledge. On Sunday, August 6 – the weekend of fun will be rounded off by The Vamps and Scouting for Girls, followed by a ‘spectacular firework finale’.
Visitors will be able to stay for the entire three days with camping available on site, but weekend and day tickets are also available.

Cheshire and Yorkshire Balloon Fiesta organiser, John Lowery, said when the festival was announced: "I fell in love with Bolesworth the second I drove in; it’s the perfect backdrop for such a visually spectacular event.
"We are delighted to work with the Bolesworth team as our Cheshire partners and are committed to making the first ever Cheshire Balloon Fiesta as enjoyable and successful as its Yorkshire counterpart.
"In addition to the fantastic spectacle of the balloons, we will bring a star-studded line up of musicians, entertainers, activities and displays.
"With camping available on-site, visitors have the option to stay for the whole weekend or visit for a day trip."
