THE nation's most illustrious medium, Tony Stockwell will be visiting Nantwich on June 1 for an evening of clairvoyance and psychic mediumship.

The evening will take place at 7.30pm at Nantwich Civic Hall, where Tony will be communicating messages from loved ones who have passed over.

Tony's perspective on the subject of death provides comfort to many, especially the bereaved and his accuracy will snap even the hardest sceptic out of their cynicism.

Over the years Tony has taken every opportunity to demonstrate his mediumistic ability, endeavouring to reunite relatives with their departed loved ones.

In his worldwide theatre demonstrations and TV programmes, he demonstrates that grief, healing and hope are eternally intertwined and universal.

Tony has had three of his own TV series, The Psychic Detective, Street Psychic, Psychic School.

He has also appeared in The Sixth Sense, Most Haunted Live 4, The Mystery of Body 115 and Psychic Private Eyes.

Speaking to Tony ahead of his performance, he said: "I'm like a transmitter, the link between two worlds, I filter through thoughts and feelings, inspiration and information from those who have passed over.

"I think I was born with these abilities.

"Lot's of children have the ability to communicate with the other world and that's the ability I have, but it's one that you start to lose as you get older.

"But for me it's grown and I now have an overwhelming feeling and awareness.

"I've been doing this for 21 years and I feel as though I've changed dramatically, I now hear more and feel more.

"I get a strong feeling about their gender, their age, their skin colour and the colour of their hair.

"I can often sense lot's of information within a second."

When asked why he thinks people attend his shows, he said: "It's not so much about comfort, more about education.

"A lot of people in the audience have never really thought about the after life before.

"It's a revelation when I tell them things.

"In a way it goes beyond comfort, it can be totally life changing and provide them with some fantastic information."

Tickets for the show cost £17 and are available by calling The Civic Hall Box Office on 01270 537359.
