IT has proven to be quite a year for experienced Northwich rider David Carson.
The 42-year-old from Wincham, who races for the TwoDavesRacing.com team, has had the most successful season of his 25-year competitive career.
He has enjoyed a taste of double glory.
Riding a new 2022 factory-built Aprilia RS660 Trofeo, he has secured silverware twice having won both the NG Road Racing ‘Supertwins’ and Darley Moor ‘Twins’ championships.
He has won both before. David previously pocketed the NG ‘Supertwins’ championship in 2014 and the Darley Moor Twins championship in 2019, but has never secured championships with multiple clubs in the same season until now.
In 2023, he will continue racing and attempt to retain both championship titles.
