TWO teenagers have admitted daubing ‘racist slurs and swastikas’ on the multi-storey car park in Winsford.
On Friday, July 15, police were made aware of the graffiti in Winsford Cross’ car park and started investigations.
A 14-year-old boy from Winsford and a 15-year-old boy from Middlewich have since been identified and admitted the offence.
Winsford Wharton Police said ‘they will be dealt with appropriately’.
Posting on Facebook, the force said: “We have identified two suspects who have been interviewed under caution, and fully admitted to the offence.
“They are a 14-year-old male from Winsford, and a 15-year-old male from Middlewich.
“Due to their ages, we are unable to name them.
“Please be reassured that they will be dealt with appropriately, and offences such as this are taken extremely seriously.
“Please continue to report anti-social behaviour via the Cheshire Police website, on 101, or to your local BEAT PC/PCSO when you see them out and about.”
