A SUCCESSFUL commerical property in Winsford town centre has been put up for sale.
Currently operating as a dental practice, 428 High Street, is being offered by London-based Blue Alpine for a fixed price of £295,000.
It is currently occupied by ADP Dental Company Limited (trading as My Dentist) who have been based in the building since September 2008.
The property is arranged over the ground and first floor and provides just under 100 square metres of work space.
The existing lease runs until June next year, with the dental group, who operate more than 600 practices around the UK, paying £12,000 per year.
At the last review, the rental amount actually doubled from just £6,000 a year.
The two-surgery practice currently provides a variety of NHS, private and {my}options treatment plans including veneers, teeth whitening and Invisalign teeth straightening.
It is ideally located on the town's high street, with Winsford's many amenities just a short stroll away.
