A MALE-ONLY adult sauna in Cheshire which caters for ‘gay, curious and bi-sexual men’ is on the market for £1.3 million.
Northwich Sauna, located in Winnington Lane, Northwich, is described on its website as ‘the UK’s leading adult sauna business’.
Established in 2005, the sauna describes itself on its website as ‘giving men a place to relax, unwind and be themselves’.
The sauna is currently listed for sale on Rightmove.
The sauna's website adds: “Our facilities span over two floors catering for many tastes.”
The facilities include a dungeon, private cabins along corridors based on Amsterdam Streets, a rain shower, steam complex, sauna, sunroom and jacuzzi, as well as a coffee lounge.
According to Rightmove, there are many options to change the building’s use, with 90 parking spaces, a commercial kitchen and bar area, as well as the existing steam and sauna facilities.
A description of the building reads: “An excellent opportunity to purchase the UK’s leading adult sauna business which has a large clientele and high net turnover.
“Alternatively, this is huge scope for change of use (STPP) with the building being in a prominent road size position over 0.9 acres.”
