MOTORISTS on the M6 northbound are facing 10 miles of congestion after an accident and spillage.
Two lanes are closed on the M6 northbound between junction 18 for Middlewich and junction 19 for Knutsford.
This is due to an earlier accident involving a lorry, and work is still underway to clean up a spillage.
Highways England says this has caused 10 miles of congestion which is likely to add more than 30 minutes on to normal travel times.
