NOT long now before an exciting new eaterie fires up its smoker.
Here's a sneak preview of what Hickory's Smokehouse Wilmslow looks like inside as it prepares to welcome customers on Monday, July 19.
The restaurant on Racecourse Road is now taking bookings online.
A spokesman for Hickory's Smokehouse said: "At Hickory’s Smokehouse we are fanatical about flames, silly about smokers and utterly obsessed with the smells, tastes and traditions of the Deep South.
"On our travels we are always greeted like old friends and we just wanted to bottle the generosity of spirit and open hearted hospitality of the Southern States.
"From how our Pitmasters smoke meat, the secret recipe rubs and sauces to how to make the best Bourbon Old Fashioned, we keep learning.
"Hospitality doesn't stop at our front door we want to become part of the local communities we're in.
"We can't wait to open our doors and welcome you all."
The company hosts local events and raises money for their chosen charity Cash For Kids.
So far, the restaurant chain has raised £150,000.
The restaurant will be serving brunch from 11am to 2pm and will be open seven days a week.
