The existing store is now on the market with Bolton commercial agents Lamb and Swift.
The property, opposite Winsford Cross shopping centre has parking space for 95 cars.
The firm says the 1.4acre site will be available from August and has planning consent for an extension.
A restriction would be placed on the store for food sales but could be converted for other uses subject to planning permission.
