Mum-of-two Sophie Burke has teamed up with her partner Jordan Boswell, 25, and his mum Claire Boswell, 47 to sell indulgent desserts and cakes plus waffles, milkshakes, slushes, candy floss, hotdogs, nachos and breakfasts.

The 24-year-old said: "Everyone was just amazed when they walked in. Children's faces lit up.

"We had put so much effort, dedicacating every bit of our time during lockdown to renovate the shop, it was such a relief to see a queue at the door. We almost sold out."
