A CHESTER salon owner has enjoyed a hat-trick of success despite the continued coronavirus lockdowns.

Despite not being able to open to customers for much of the past 12 months, Leisa Roberts has used the most of the lockdowns to launch her own products.

Having previously launched the High Brow brow lamination kit during the first lockdown, Leisa went on to launch her second product – the Skinny Pencil – in the November 2020 lockdown.

Now, as the nation endures its seventh week in lockdown number three, Brow HQ has officially partnered with online retailer allbeauty.

Achieving three successful launches in three separate lockdowns in something that can be regarded as extremely rare, and is certainly something Leisa and the team have not taken for granted now or at any point.

For many in the beauty industry, the last 12 months have been a challenge to say the least, with consistent closures of close-contact services to reopening dates repeatedly changing with very little warning.

Leisa remains hopeful that Brow HQ can officially reopen when lockdown measures ease soon, welcoming back clients to the Hoole-based studio in Hoole Spa Aesthetics.

Partnering with allbeauty, they will stock the best-selling vegan friendly Brow HQ Lamination Kit permanently from this week, giving customers more accessibility to the product.

Leisa Roberts, founder of Brow HQ, said: "We are absolutely thrilled to announce our partnership with allbeauty; it’s been a really tough time for the beauty industry so to think we’ve made it this far is an incredible achievement.

"It was always a huge goal of ours to partner with an online retailer for quite some time – I just didn't think it would come so soon; especially in the current climate.

"We’re really excited about the future of Brow HQ and are looking forward to celebrating with our lovely clients back in the salon – old and new!"
