Christmas is right around the corner and unfortunately the Covid-19 pandemic managed to cancel a lot of our favourite events.
However, the show must go on and there is still a whole host of festive family fun to be had in the area.
Here are some of our favourite Christmas events still going ahead in Wiltshire this year:
Roves Farm Christmas Experience
Where: Roves Farm, Swindon, SN6 7GQ
Price: £22.30 for children and £5 for adults.
Date: December 5 to 23
Visitors can go on a journey to meet Father Christmas in his grotto then choose their special gift from the Elves’ Toyshop.
There are elves who will help children to make their own Reindeer Food ready for Christmas Eve.
In the 'walk-through nativity scene' you can meet the donkeys, alpacas, sheep and goats.
For the admission price, you can also take part in all the usual daily activities and enjoy the outdoor play areas and animal paddocks.

Enchanted Christmas
Where: Westonbirt Arboretum, Tetbury, GL8 8QS
Price: £16 for adults and £8 for children.
Date: Until December 21
Just 40 minutes from Swindon you can set out on an adventure through the trees of the arboretum to find the West Pole and experience mesmerising light displays and stunning spectacles along the way.
Meet the elves that help Father Christmas make the toys for the children, come across talking trees and make your way through the Candy Cane Forest on your quest to the West Pole.
Father Christmas will be located along the woodland trail – he will do a short performance; however, he will not be wandering around the Christmas Village or in a grotto.
There are only a few more days available that haven't sold out so you will need to be quick.
Pre-booking is essential, this can be done online.
