Latest figures show that there have been 280 new cases of coronavirus diagnosed in Cheshire West and East over the past 24 hours
NEW coronavirus cases are still rising in Cheshire West and Cheshire East.
A total of 280 new cases have been diagnosed in the two boroughs during the past 24 hours, that is 64 more than the previous day.
Figures published this afternoon show that there have been 157 new cases in Cheshire West and Chester and 123 in Cheshire East.
The total number of people diagnosed in Cheshire West, including Northwich and Winsford, now stands at 8, 316.
In Cheshire East, including Knutsford and Middlewich, there have been 8,142 cases recorded since the pandemic began.
