JOBSEEKERS are invited to sign up for virtual fair with more than 80 employers which are hiring.
Organisations including Talk Talk, the NHS and the Cabinet Office are all taking part in the Cheshire Works 4 U event on Wednesday, October 28.
Anyone looking for work across the county is being encouraged to log on from 10am to 2pm to see short videos from each participant.
Fiona Bruce, Conservative MP for Congleton, has welcomed the event – which could come at a crucial time for many with the coronavirus pandemic having an effect on jobs and the economy.
"This is a great initiative and I encourage both local businesses which have vacancies and job seekers to sign up now," she said.
It is the third Cheshire Works 4 U jobs fair, organised in partnership with Cheshire East Council, The Pledge, DWP and Learn Live.
The last event, which focused on Crewe and Nantwich, attracted more than 16,000 views.
Businesses with vacancies can get involved by emailing julie.hall1@dwp.gov.uk
