"A lot of people who live in Winsford don't realise we are here."

Clare's sister Julie Hodkinson runs Julie Clare Schoolwear stall nearby.

"We do a selection of homemade meals, hot and cold drinks, jacket potatoes, paninis, hotdogs and burgers," said Clare, who has two grandchildren. "We also offer a pensioner's special of cottage pie, a pudding and tea or coffee for £4.95."

The cafe is open on market days Monday, Thursday and Saturday.
