THERE have been no further coronavirus deaths recorded in Wirral hospitals, NHS England confirmed this afternoon.
It means the total number of patients who have died after testing positive for the virus at Wirral University Teaching Hospital remains at 238.
Nationally, a further six people who tested positive for Covid-19 have died, bringing the total number of confirmed reported deaths in hospitals in England to 29,352.
Patients were aged between 46 and 93 years old. All had known underlying health conditions.
Their families have been informed.
