STACEY Dooley praised the amazing people of Bradford as her documentary filmed at Bradford Royal Infirmary is set to be broadcast.
The Panorama documentary, filmed in the hospital’s maternity ward last month, will be screened on BBC One on Monday, August 3, at 7.30pm.
The programme will see the popular presenter spend a week at the site as she met new parents during the coronavirus crisis.
Stacey meets pregnant women terrified of coronavirus, women giving birth and new mothers.
She also speaks to the hospital’s midwives & doctors, who reveal how their lives have changed in order to protect mothers, babies and themselves from the risk of infection during the pandemic.
She thanked the people of Bradford in a video posted on social media after her time in the city.

She said: “I'm looking at what it means to be pregnant during covid.
“I have spoken to the amazing staff. The people have been amazing. I have never been to Bradford actually, first time. I had a week here.
“Everyone has been very lovely, very generous. Just really brilliant. Hope we can capture that, the human element that exists here.
“I can’t thank the people who have helping us enough."
