Arrowe Park Hospital, Wirral
There have been no new Wirral hospital coronavirus deaths, with only two in the whole of the North West, NHS England has confirmed.
It means that the number of patients who have died with Covid-19 in Wirral University Teaching Hospital continues to hold at 238.
The only fatalities reported in the North West today occurred in Blackpool and Stockport.
A further 16 people, who tested positive for the Coronavirus (Covid-19) have died, bringing the total number of confirmed reported deaths in hospitals in England to 29,247.
Patients were aged between 58 and 104 years old. All had known underlying health conditions.
Their families have been informed.
