A WILMSLOW couple, along with two others, have been charged over an alleged £22 million pension fraud.
Two men and two women are due to appear at City of London Magistrates' Court on August 17 in connection with the case, which involves 275 alleged victims.
Rikki Nicholls, 55, of Linthurst Newtown, Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, and Mark Kelly, 49, of Maplewood Road, Wilmslow, are both accused of conspiracy to defraud, fraud by misrepresentation, and money laundering.
Sharon Nicholls, 56, also of Linthurst Newtown, Bromsgrove, is charged with money laundering, as is Angela Kelly, 53, of Maplewood Road, Wilmslow.
