ST MICHAEL'S Church in Middlewich is reopening for private prayer.
After being closed for three months due to the coronavirus pandemic, the town's parish church is opening its doors to visitors again.
In line with government guidance and also that of the Church of England, St Michael's Church Middlewich will be open for private prayer on Sundays from 10am to 12 noon and Wednesdays from 10am to 12 noon, starting this Sunday, June 28.

Rev Simon Drew, rector of St Michael's, said: "We are delighted to be able to open our doors again. Although there will have to be restrictions on seating, numbers and hygiene measures, this is the first step in making the parish church part of community life in Middlewich once again."
