A FIREFIGHTER is set to run laps of her station for 24 hours for charity.
Becky Wightman, who is based at Lymm Fire Station, will take on her fundraising challenge tomorrow, Friday.
Starting at 10am, she will run around the fire station until the same time on Saturday without rest or sleep.
It comes after she was set to complete an ultra-marathon, which was cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Becky estimates that she will complete between 300 and 400 laps in aid of the Fire Fighters Charity, which helps crew members who have been injured in action.
More than £1,500 has already been raised.
