A MAN who was found hiding under a caravan by a police dog has pleaded guilty to three counts of assault by beating.
Jason Lamb, of Pinfold Lane, Middlewich, appeared at Warrington Magistrates’ Court last Thursday having been tracked down by PD Toro earlier that day.
The 20-year-old changed his plea from an earlier one of not guilty to guilty over three incidents of beating the same woman.
PD Toro tracked down Lamb as part of officers’ enquiries on Thursday morning, after he was spotted by officers on patrol but fled the scene.
A separate charge relating to the breach of bail conditions was withdrawn.
Lamb has been remanded on bail until his next appearance at Warrington Magistrates Court on June 12.
