The latest, from Jeanette Richards shows 105-year-old grandmother Evelyn Letman waving a celebratory flag at the residential home in which she lives, Granville Court in Wallasey.
A one-time charity swimmer, Evelyn has over the years, swum thousands of miles and done a huge amount of sponsored swimming.
She even manged to do a sponsored swim just before she was 100 although she had had a stroke yrs before she taught disabled people to swim also.
Five years ago, Evelyn from Wallasey marked her 100th birthday with a swim at Guinea Gap Baths in Seacombe.
She has spent decades raising money through her love of sport.
In the 1980s, she swam an impressive three miles in two and a half hours to raise funds for Guide Dogs for the Blind.
At the age of 88 she swam a mile with the first length under water to raise money.
In 2008 she was handed a 'Wirral Award' for 'Services to the Community' – honouring her 55 years of service to the Wallasey Disabled Swimming club.
In 2010 she swam a quarter of a mile to raise £244 for Wirral Hospice St John's.
