A WINSFORD headteacher celebrated her birthday by entertaining children with her favourite funny story.

Sarah Tomlinson, from Darnhall Primary School, kept pupils amused dramatising The Story of the Little Mole Who Knew It Was None of his Business from her living room.

Playing the part of the mole wearing his ears headband , she told the story from her own home on the school's Facebook page.

Mrs Tomlinson said: "It is my birthday today so thought I'd share one of my favourite funny stories."

The hilarious picture book tells the tale of a little mole who wakes up one morning only to have one of the other animals 'do its business' on his head.

The Little Mole then sets out to track down the culprit to exact his revenge in his own little way.

Mrs Tomlinson follows his journey as he tackles various animals to see who could have been responsible.

With fun and laughter, describes how all the different creatures demonstrate how they 'poo' to show it could not possibly have been them.
