The Knutsford recycling centre
Cheshire East Council has closed its household waste recycling centres.
A council spokesman said: "Following the announcement by the Prime Minister on Monday, Cheshire East Council has taken the decision to close all its household waste recycling centres until further notice.
"Residents are asked to retain any bulky or DIY waste – do not leave it kerbside, please do not fly tip and do not place it with household or recycling waste. The closures will be reviewed regularly."
