CHILDREN from Grange Community Nursery and Primary School explored London on an action-packed trip.
Year 6 pupils learnt about the city's history at the Tower of London and saw the Crown Jewels.
The sightseeing tour included Buckingham Palace, Houses of Parliament and Downing Street.

The visit was inspired by their classroom book entitled The London Eye Mystery by Siobhan Dowd.
Head of school Sara Albiston said: “We are committed to providing the best enrichment opportunities for our children.
"What better way to learn about London than to visit the inspiring city. We are so proud of our children for their impeccable manners as well as their engagement and enthusiasm to learning."
The children were inspired and entertained watching The Lion King in the West End – a show they plan to stage in the summer.
Pupils caught a bird's eye view of the city from the London Eye and enjoyed a cruise along the River Thames.
They were even lucky enough to see the famous Changing of the Guard ceremony.

Ms Albiston added: "Members of the public continually commended the children on how well behaved, interested and polite they were and we couldn’t be more proud of them. They made memories to last a lifetime."
