FUN, laughter and friendship was enjoyed by residents as Wellbeing Winsford Week 2020 was hailed another great week for the town.
An action packed programme of activities and initiatives was organised as more than 30 partners came together to encourage residents to get involved.
The focus of the week was to provide local people with new and interesting opportunities to live healthier lives whilst being encouraged to become more connected to their community.
Entertainment was provided by the U3A and local band Saltwater
The event's fifth birthday was launched at the Dingle Centre with arts and crafts, a birthday cake and entertainment from the U3A choir and local band Saltwater.

Lots of people joined in a morning full of fun and friendship.
Throughout the week Winsford residents were able to get involved in lots of enjoyable activities including swimming, Zumba Gold, netball and board games.
Health and wellbeing sessions were held on mental health, confidence building, cancer awareness and healthy cooking.
A Netball Fest was a great success giving many people the chance to try netball a go and raise money for the three mayor’s three charities, Cheshire Young Carers, Cotswold House and Motherwell CIC.

A bustling marketplace was bigger and better than ever with 25 different organisations sharing information to support Winsford residents with their health and wellbeing.
