CHILDREN at Willow Wood Primary School who have set up their own police force are learning about the environment and recycling.

Year 5 pupils have teamed up with PCSOs Clare Atkins and Matt Smith to launch a new community project.

The youngsters have vowed to reduce littering and recycling because they feel it is important to reduce plastics being deposited in our oceans and they also want to improve the appearance of the town.
