DEVELOPERS are hoping to secure planning permission to build three one-bedroom flats next to Nun House Vets in Ribble Place, Wharton.
Nigel Hough has submitted a planning application to Cheshire West and Chester Council for the development.
If approved, it would add 191sq m to the side of the block, which currently has ground-floor businesses and apartments on two floors above.
Three parking spaces would be added to the 25 already available at the site if the plans are approved.
