FIREFIGHTERS were called out to tackle a minivan fire in the early hours of this morning, Saturday.
A crew from Northwich Fire Station attended the blaze at approximately 12.30am on Chester Road in Greenbank.
After being called to the scene of the incident by police, firefighters found the minivan to be alight and heavily smoke logged on the roadside.
They used a single hose reel to put out the fire while police officers managed the traffic.
Fire crews made the vehicle safe and were in attendance for around half an hour.
